1. Product description
Cold rolling is a process by which metal is passed through rollers at temperatures below its recrystallization temperatures. The metal is compressed and squeezed, increasing the yield strength and hardness of the metal. Cold rolling of metal strip is a special segment within the metalworking industry.
2. Main function
φ160/φ620×800 4-HI Reversing Cold Rolling Mill is used for reversible rolling of high precision and good performance plain carbon steel, driven by backup roller, with coiling tension: T≤65 KN and max. rolling speed: v≤180 m / min.

Machine will be fixed inside container by steel wire and special PET strap, in order to make sure all parts will not move during transportation and avoid any kinds of damage of machine and container.
